On October 22, 2025 Thai Semcon Co., Ltd. held a certificate award ceremony for newly- graduate employees who successfully completed the Personal Training Assessment course 2024, a one-year training program. This training covers a wide range of topics, starting from the basic of engineering to systems engineering knowledge. The employees are assigned to various departments to gain comprehensive and diverse knowledge through on-site training, that can be practically applied in system engineering work.
Through the employees’ final presentations, their readiness and potential in engineering were clearly demonstrated. The presentations also reflected their perspectives, future goals, and the valuable knowledge and experience gained throughout the one-year program.
In addition, presentations were given by new employees attending the On-the-Job Training (OJT) course for 2025. The presentation showcased the various experiences and knowledge they had gained over the three-month training period through hands-on fieldwork and learning from departments and experienced engineering professionals. The company believes that providing such training opportunities helps employees build a strong foundation and serves as an important step toward becoming professional engineers in the future.
