On October 1, 2026, Thai Semcon Co., Ltd. held a certificate presentation ceremony for employees who successfully completed the Personal Training Assessment Program 2025. The program is designed for newly graduated employees to prepare them for their professional careers. The training lasts approximately one year and covers knowledge ranging from basic engineering to systems engineering, while providing opportunities for employees to gain practical experience across various departments.
The event also featured presentations by new employees participating in the On-the-Job Training Program 2026.
