From May to November 2023, Thai Semcon collaborated with The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) to provide the executive development program known as "The Future Leader Program" for academic learning and contemporary management. This program included assisting the expansion of business through the Business Audit analysis - human resource management, marketing, project management, financial analysis, and strategic planning - which were the significant factors in determining the organizational orientation. The employees who had been selected after completing the program would be able to further study in Japan likewise.
