Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements and supervising a team of Quantity Surveyors / Cost Engineers in all aspects of Quantity Surveying works and reports.
Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates to establish project budget, cash flow projections, and financial statements to monitor and price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
Review project objectives and ensure projects are delivered in the most cost-effective way and measure and value the work done on-site.
Conduct feasibility studies and pre-qualification of tenders and prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, sub-contracts, and reports.
Prepare contract documents, recommend payment for work done, administer contracts in accordance with contractual provisions, and assess variation works and settlement of the final account.
Scrutinizing material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals, select and/or source construction materials, Keep track of materials, and order more when required.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Understanding in MEP and Construction design documents
Age 25 years old up
Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
3 - 5 years working experience
Experience in estimating, planning, pre-contract, post-contract.
Experience in leading bid management and business development.
Strong communication in English and Thai language.
