Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements and supervising a team of Quantity Surveyors / Cost Engineers in all aspects of Quantity Surveying works and reports.
  • Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates to establish project budget, cash flow projections, and financial statements to monitor and price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
  • Review project objectives and ensure projects are delivered in the most cost-effective way and measure and value the work done on-site.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and pre-qualification of tenders and prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, sub-contracts, and reports.
  • Prepare contract documents, recommend payment for work done, administer contracts in accordance with contractual provisions, and assess variation works and settlement of the final account.
  • Scrutinizing material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals, select and/or source construction materials, Keep track of materials, and order more when required.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Understanding in MEP and Construction design documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (New graduates are welcomed)
  • 0 - 3 years working experience
  • Experience in estimating, planning, pre-contract, post-contract.
  • Experience in leading bid management and business development.
  • Strong communication in English and Thai language.
  • Experience in MEP construction
  • Recognized QS Certification (AIQS, RICS, etc.)
