Thai Semcon has enthusiasm for the safety execution most at entirely construction area. We recognize same wording "Safety is our 1st priority.. Safety is for our family". Site safety standards have been created from multiple points of view and courses of training are given to all staff on site.
day by day we together mitigate the risks by launching several activities such as KY, Tool Box, Battle plan, Daily patrol in order to raise awareness to all participants in safety mind. Tool Box Meeting
Tool Box Meeting: Morning 7:30, we assemble all participant, workers to manager for pre-checking physical and PPE then confirming today tasks.
KY Meeting
Before getting to work, we divide small group discussion for confirming what a risk is, how to prevent it.
Battle Plan Meeting
Evening, we, all headmen, together conclude the work and think to the next day what we shall do, what a risk has to prevent.
Safety Committee Patrol
Every Wednesday, together with the executive and experienced manager, we patrol all site areas to find out the risks and evaluate in order to improve the standard of safety.
Safety Award
We arrange the safety award presentation which contests the outstanding project and sub-contractor. It is a place of sharing an experience in each other for level-up a safety standard.
Newcomers Orientation
New staff shall be obtained the registration and then orientation on safety procedure and site regulation.
