Notice and Apology Regarding Unauthorized Access to our company Servers
Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners,
We would like to inform you that on April 13, 2025, we detected unauthorized access to our server
by a third party. Upon identifying this incident, which appears to have involved ransomware, we
immediately took action by notifying the appropriate local law enforcement authorities, our system
provider, and other relevant organizations. Additionally, to prevent any further spread of damage, we
promptly shut down the affected server and are currently conducting a thorough assessment of the
impact caused by the ransomware.
At present, our investigation has not revealed any definitive evidence of external leakage involving
the files stored on the compromised server. However, as the server contained files related to
business information provided by clients as well as internal company data, we are carefully
analyzing the situation to fully evaluate any potential risk or consequences.
Once the analysis is complete, we will directly notify each affected customer and business partner
individually. As part of our ongoing efforts, we are committed to enhancing our network monitoring
capabilities and strengthening our cybersecurity measures to prevent future incidents. In addition,
we will implement comprehensive safeguards to ensure that such events do not recur.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern this incident may have caused our
customers, business partners, and all other stakeholders.
We remain committed to transparency and will provide timely updates should any significant new
developments arise.
Sincerely,
